Send a field service job schedule from Google Sheets to Google Calendar
Small service businesses plan jobs in a sheet: customer, address, time window. Calendrow puts each job on a calendar with the address, so a tap opens directions.
Who it's for: Contractors, cleaners, installers, landscapers and repair businesses scheduling crews from a sheet.

After making a copy, check the time zone: File → Settings → Time zone. A copy keeps the template's zone (US Central), and Calendrow reads times in the sheet's zone. CSV: in Google Sheets choose File → Import → Upload, then "Replace spreadsheet". Dates use the YYYY-MM-DD format, which Sheets reads as real dates in any locale.
Set it up in 3 minutes
- Open your sheet (or the template) and choose Extensions → Calendrow → Open Calendrow.
- Match the columns:

Every row gets a status: Created, Updated, Unchanged, Skipped or Error, with a plain-English reason. Sync again any time; changed rows update their events and nothing is duplicated.
Tips
- Full addresses in Location become a tappable map link in Google Calendar on phones.
- One tab per crew, each synced to its own calendar, lets each crew see only their jobs.
- Rescheduled? Change Start and sync. The event moves; your crew's calendar updates.
Questions
Do customers get an invitation?
No. Calendrow never invites guests or sends emails.
Can crews see jobs on their phones?
Yes. Share the calendar with each crew member; it appears in the Google Calendar app.
